About Ms.Jennifer J. Manly, LPC, M.Ed., NCC
Ms. Manly specializes in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and has been intensively trained by members of Behavioral Tech, LLC, founded by Marsha Linehan-the developer of DBT. Her approach to therapy includes providing therapeutic services in a warm, non-judgmental environment that balances acceptance with change strategies.

Ms. Manly’s educational training is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and she will work with you to see the interaction of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Given she is an intensively trained DBT therapist, Ms. Manly will facilitate this by balancing acceptance (validation) with change strategies and teach you skills that you can use in your every day life. She emphasizes the importance of the therapist-client relationship and will tailor your treatment to meet your individual needs to help you create a life worth living by reducing your current level of pain and suffering.
